The Territorial Executive Council began the day with devotions by Majors Man-Hee and Stephanie Chang. They were excellent in their service.

The rest of the day was a recounting of what some call ‘the dream.’ I’m more likely to call it the prayer. It is contained in the new revised version of the “One Day” book. Originally published in Australia, this version is more of a global approach and in itself valuable to our cause. Free copies of the book will be given out on Saturday night at the Welcome of Cadets n Pasadena. Undoubtedly, it will also be available after the weekend as well.

God blessed our day with open dialogue about this and a few other subjects for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah!

We have a terrific team in this territory. I’m most grateful to God.

34“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

Today’s Territorial Executive Council focused on personnel. We looked at leader development, caring for officers and different ways to support the many people who make up TSA in the Western Territory. God bless Lt. Colonel Dave Hudson and team for their outstanding work and ministry throughout the year and today. Hallelujah!

Often I’ve heard it said we seem to care more for the down and out than for those within the ranks. In too many cases, I would agree. The truth is, we should love all as Jesus loves us. With some people, we’ve hurt them by our action or inaction. God help us and keep us from doing harm. We need to represent Jesus by our love, holiness, and practical expressions.

The day at Camp Homelani has been filled with wonder and with praise. Following good morning devotions, the morning meeting had a great balance of singing, interviews and preaching. Carolyn gave the message. She puts me to shame, except I’m always praying with her and she always makes me proud. When she speaks, people get it and remember what she said. She’s gifted by God and is a blessing.

Tonight finished with a variety program. Most of the corps participated in singing, hula and more. There was even synchronized swimming (you had to be there).

God loves it when we get together to honor Him and just have a good time. I believe He has ordained this experience for each of us here. Hallelujah!

“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”- Matthew 28:18-20

At the beautiful Camp Homelani in Hawaii, we are enjoying the movement of the Spirit of God in beautiful ways. The welcome meeting was tonight where there was great music and sacred Hula dancing all to the glory of God. Under the leadership of Majors Edward and Shelly Hill, the divisional team has worked hard to make this an important opportunity for all in attendance.

Everything has come together in a wonderful way. The encampment goes through the weekend. Your prayer support is appreciated.
