Please friends, it’s time to quit smoking. Need more evidence? Need more help?

My brother-in-law died from second hand smoke. I believe those who smoked around him would have quit had they known what they were doing.

Let us each look around us and help others drop the tobacco insanity. God is on our side on this. Hallelujah!

Thanks to a couple of good friends, things around here are looking up. Can’t improve my look, so why not improve the look of the medium.

At capacity, the performing arts center and chapel of The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Hawaii was awash in the Spirit of God today. It seats 500. Then there were 50 or so on stage and many others standing. When the children left the hall for another worship designed for them, their seats were immediately occupied by others in the wings. Hallelujah!

Just give us a reason to have a larger hall.

God beautifully filled our hearts with His joy through music, hula, prayer, and His Word. May Jesus be glorified!

Looking at the plans for The Gathering in June are really exciting. Today we gave close attention to the Men’s Rally at the Rose Bowl. It’ll be great. Plan to come if you’re a man.

There will be surprises throughout the weekend to the glory of God. The USA Western Territory is alive and well. Hallelujah!

While participating in the Spiritual Day at the College for Officer Training, I was reminded today of how great our cadets are. They know better than to become puffed up by this. It is their collective heart to serve the Lord humbly with distinction. Their Christmas assignments are complete with high success and they are engaged in their resident studies to honor the Lord. Hallelujah!

Of note too, would be the excellent Training Staff that support the cause with similar spirits and large expectations for each of the Cadets. We are blessed.

I met today with a good officer who affirmed his interest in the truth. He told me that he’d always prefer to hear the truth instead of some courteous inoffensive comment. With the truth, he went on to say, you can deal with the reality of the situation. I agree with him completely.

The Bible says the truth will set you free. It also proves that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Know the truth and deal with it in honesty. God will receive you and bless you. That’s the truth.
