Loving…
Few concepts and experiences in life are better understood and greatly confused than loving. In a world that loves things, projects, places and ideas, one easily becomes sidetracked and distracted as to what loving is.
I submit that the purest reality of love is person to person…not objects, experiences or even pets. Everything else could be a matter of preference or liking, but loving…is for people.
Even in he personhood context loving can take a beating. Love is so much more than preference, attraction, or birthright. It is deep. It is personal. It is holy.
Take a look at 1 Corinthians 13 to read a proper definition.
You will love best when you know God, who is love. Hallelujah!
1 Corinthians 13:3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing

Love that mirrors God’s love… this is the love that reflects his character, and changes the world around us.
