Loving Life

by Jim Knaggs on February 20, 2012

When the younger among us seem to take so many risks and live as if they will survive anything, it makes me wonder if they love life so much they want to experience it all or that they think so little of life that they ignore the dangers of miscalculated choices.

What about the rest of us? Are we so cautious because we love life and want to live it, or because we have a fear that we will lose it if we push the limits?

Life is meant to be lived and loved. There are different approaches and different levels of appreciation, often dictated by culture and other birth definers.

Jesus said, “I am they way, the truth, and the life…” We are enjoined to love Him and in consequence, love life. Hallelujah!

“Whoever would foster love covers over an offense, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.” Proverbs 17:9 NIV
