Perthing it
We’ve noticed when speaking of the Olympics, certain nouns have become verbs. Did that athlete medal? There are a few other examples as well.
So today, Carolyn and I were Perthing. That is to say we were in Perth having a great day. Starting at the great Perth Fortress Corps this morning, it was a blessed meeting with people at the mercy seat just before the message and after. The Holy Spirit was moving in and among us to His glory. Hallelujah!
Tonight at the Metro Meeting in the same location, Majors Dennis and Patricia Rowe were installed as the Divisional Leaders of the Western Australia Division. The Major preached and we were grateful to God for his forthright word.
So, Perthing it is a good thing and in TSA it means a holy day.
“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.”- 2 Timothy 1:7

Hi Commish! Its been great to have you back! You might as well move on over, but its a shame you couldn’t come to HJ’s with us Rockingham crew. Anyway, its been wonderful to hear you speak again, rousing the troops. I pray that you are able to used Gods strength as you flit across Australia and over to the UK, and that your spiritual tanks continue to get filled as you in turn fill ours with the words God gives you to speak over us. I have to apologise for my sister dropping in on your Cabinet meeting on the video conferencing thingo the other week…she tends to be a bit random like that. What a hilarious story to share with people though! “Ahhh its just WAD dropping in to say hi, never mind, they do things differently over there!”
Yvette,
Always glad to come to WA. God bless.
Well, as long as you don’t Cate Shanks this blog… ;-)
Another creative and fresh word to encourage us today – thanks, Jim. Praying for WA as they continue kingdom score under their new leaders, and for the new DC’s as they Perth it too.
I’ll settle for some Manila-ing today…
You’re terrific, Robyn.
