Jim; I continue to be spiritually strengthend through your intentional motivation to nurture our interior lives. Spiritual Leadership is a dominant theme in the ministry of ‘The SUMMIT’, and if I may recommend a book – Spiritual Leadership by J. Oswald Sanders. It should be on every spiritual leaders desk. It’s a classic!
I’m not surprised, Cheryl, that you’re deep into this. The study is helpful.
Of course, only leaders have followers. And spiritual leadership infers supreme example. I think spiritual leaders should look around — but preferably UP!
