Kmart Wishing Tree
Each Christmas season we partner with Kmart with their wishing tree programme. Australians donate toys at the Kmart stores to be given to needy children for Christmas. Meeting with executives from Kmart today was a particular pleasure as we walked through one of our distribution centres and cherished the obvious appreciation of parents who came through to pick up the presents for their families. Food too was available to them at the same time.
This service happens all throughout Australia and we are able to do this effectively because of partner corporations and friends like Kmart. Thank you friends for your practical support. Many children are receiving beautiful gifts this Christmas because of your efforts.
