Fresh Ideas
The ‘Army’ was built on fresh ideas and imaginative approaches to mission. I confess I’m attracted to these very things when I look at the history, present and future of TSA. Having met today with some highly imaginative people, I am reminded of our foundation strengthened by inspired people serving with fresh vigor.
Whilst every generation has its creative geniuses, it’s usually the younger among us who have the courage to dream bigger and consider things that have never been tried. I salute them and wonder if we can manage to keep up enough to hold their interest. We should, at least, try. I’m also reminded of the strong leaders who received my youthful optimism with respect and encouragement. Let’s offer our support to the dreamers among us and imagine together where God will take our faith.
