Meeting now at TSA Geelong Conference Centre is the 5 year officer review conference. This is a good check point for officers in their journey of officership and an opportunity to join with session mates in fellowship. I imagine some are saying, “Is it five years already?” and others are saying, “Has it only been 5 years?” I can relate to both.
It’s here they will be reminded that they’re not alone in the traps and some of the pressures they’re facing are shared by a few others as well. It’s healthy and an important part of our leader development strategy. You may take a moment to pray for them. The rest, study and fellowship are each essential just now.
