Operation 58

by Jim Knaggs on November 14, 2009

We’ve just benefited by live streaming from Operation 58 Youth Worship Social Justice Night, in the Eastern Victoria Division. In addition to those in attendance, I was online with many around the world. While we enjoyed the music and the teaching of Wilma Gallet on the subject of suicide, the online community was sharing in comments relevant to the presentation.

I must admit that I am thoroughly blessed by the experience and believe it has enormous potential.

Thank you Wilma for your faithful teaching. I pray that those listening are in a better place to understand the mysteries of suicide and hopefully the reduction of its occurrence. Thank you Envoy Grant Whitehead for making all this happen so effectively. Thank you Lord for the honour of giving people hope in the name of Jesus.

Hebrews 6:18
We who have run for our very lives to God have every reason to grab the promised hope with both hands and never let go. It’s an unbreakable spiritual lifeline, reaching past all appearances right to the very presence of God…

Congratulations to all concerned on a much needed and appreciated initiative. It was interesting, listening to an excellent presentation from Wilma which included references to cyberbullying whilst we were all online. The chat funtions serves as a great invitation to further ministry too. Sincere thankyou to all concerned and to those who are willing to try new ideas. Very cool.
