Reorganisation

by Jim Knaggs on November 4, 2009

Most organisations need to be occasionally, if not regularly, reorganised. It has to do with missional and functional relevance. Things around us are changing. Opportunities are always coming from different angles. Missional experience generally leads to streamlining and greater efficiency. None of it happens without change.

In some circles, change is a four letter word. People can get so tired of change. Can’t we just leave some things alone? Probably not. We’re going to need to look for change and get used to it. I don’t expect that to change.

Matthew 18:3
And he said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Change is not something that we should be afraid of, as Salvos we are all about change, to the saving of souls, release of the chained and the addicted… to the Glory of God bring it on!
